Parents,
Here are some reminders about continuing expectations in our classroom.
*Fluency reading check is due each Friday. It is still being sent home on Wed. in the homework folder.
*A new spelling list will be in the agenda on Mondays. The test is given on Friday with incorrectly spelled words listed from
the previous week. The words follow a spelling pattern with extra words being taken from content areas. Your child may need help with his/her list.
*Remember that First in Math is a wonderful tool for increasing speed with math facts.

Feb. 2 -Science test - Thursday on Chapter 6. We reviewed on Monday and a vocabulary sheet was sent home for extra review.
How to Book is due. We look forward to sharing them with the class.
Feb. 6 - Last day for Pennies for Patients
Feb. 8 - Picture Day - Payment is needed for class picture.
Feb. 14 - Valentine's Day - We will be exchanging valentines in the class. Please send in a box along with the cards on this day.
Feb. 17 - Field Trip to the Rock Quarry - sack lunch from home or school. Wear class t-shirt.
Feb. 20 - President's Day - no school
