Fire Prevention Week is October 2-8. This year's theme is, "Protect Your Family From Fire". The Dolphins have an opportunity to learn about and contribute to fire safety through a poster contest.
Posters must be in landscape format size 17 x 11. Posters emphasizing one or more fire safety tips will be considered for artwork in the 2012 Fire Safety Tips Calendar. To view the calendar, go to www.georgiafiresprinkler.org/calendars.php.
Entry forms for the contest may be obtained at www.oci.ga.gov .
If your child would like to participate in the contest, please send a note so that they can be encouraged and celebrated at school for the learning and efforts.
